BizDonut founded in the United Kingdom with a clear focus: helping small and medium-sized businesses build structure, improve performance, and grow sustainably.

Evolution

Our work evolved by integrating principles from two leading international business growth frameworks — one from the UK, one from the US — with a strong implementation layer to ensure results stayed practical and measurable.

2014

BizDonut established its presence in Nottingham, building a local team of five consultants to support a growing client base.

2018

The founder relocated and the first projects in Bulgaria began — marking BizDonut's expansion into a new market and the transfer of proven practices to a different business environment.

Why we are called “BizDonut”

To us, a healthy business looks like a full circle and for some time, we were looking for a way to explain our concepts through something simple and well-known. So, that’s how we came up with the Donut (simplified from doughnut) in our name.
